Free delivery on UK orders over £30!


Delivery within the UK is a flat £2.99 (or free on orders over £30). Orders will usually be dispatched at the end of the next working day depending on stock levels and availability. Orders are sent by Royal Mail first class and you should usually receive your order within 2-5 working days.

Orders during busy periods and public holidays may take a little longer and we’d ask that you wait 10 working days before contacting us if you can.
If you don’t receive your order, please contact us – accidents happen sometimes and it sucks when it does.
We don’t want you to suffer because of something beyond your control and we’ll do our best to fix it if something goes wrong. However this system is considered on a case by case basis as we will need to check delivery confirmation with our postage partners.


We’re really sorry, but for hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on e-liquid unless defective.

You must contact PimpJuice before returning any items.

Only defective products are subject to refund. Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery. If the product has been used the product shall not be refunded.
To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
We recommend sending returns via a tracked and signed service this will not be reimbursed.

PimpJuice will make a refund of eligible returns.
Please include your contact details and order number within the parcel.

International returns, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid any Customs charges.
PimpJuice is not responsible for any return Customs charges or shipping charges.
Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.


If product is damaged in transit. Please inform us as soon as possible so that we can work towards a solution where possible. PimpJuice does not take responsibility for damage by postal service or courier where our products are adequately packaged. Supporting photographs of delivery damage can be emailed to us at including your order number as the subject line.


PimpJuice takes no responsibility for the speed or timing of postal services. Proof of postage is available upon request. If your order is delayed after shipping please contact the courier / postal service in question.

Shipping is not a reflection of processing time. Shipping will reflect the service provided from the postal service or courier.


Taste is subjective and what one person loves, another will hate and for that reason we recommend buying liquids in the smallest available bottle size.
You could always check the site reviews to see what others thought of the item you’re interested in if you’re not sure.

We will not refund liquids based on flavour preferences, unless there is an established problem with the batch you have been shipped.

At Pimp Juice we employ a comprehensive batch tracking and management system. If any production errors or abnormalities are identified we will post a notification of the affected batch numbers and flavours.
